Marines of 2nd and 3rd Platoon, Company D, Anti-Terrorism Battalion, 4th Marine Division, learn about career options available to them from David Roberts, Marine Forces Reserve Recruiting and Retention officer, in Billings, Mont., Oct. 20, 2012. Company D, an infantry company, is being transformed into a military police company and Roberts was there as part of a Personnel Transition Team assembled to help Marines make informed career choices as to how they can continue to serve in the Corps.
