At the conclusion of Vulcan Forge, a multi-day exercise where units belonging to the 81st Readiness Division’s Mission Command Support Group came to conduct weapons qualification, the Army Combat Fitness Test, and a host of other tasks last week, Chaplain (LTC) Cary Snelling presented a Building Strong and Ready Teams event.
During the BSRT event, Soldiers learned about building effective communication and practiced active listening, validation, and showing empathy.
