Nicholas Gregson, the operations branch head with Training and Education Command, Marine Corps Base Quantico, demonstrates how to conduct a proper air-squat during a foundational movement class during the first Training and Education Command Fittest Instructor competition on MCBQ, Virginia, April 13, 2023. The class was held to instruct the Marines on proper technique and prepare them for the next competitive event.
