    85th Support Command

    A student asks questions during a tier 2 Ask, Care, Escort – Suicide Prevention training event held at the 85th U.S. Army Reserve Support Command headquarters, April 4-6, 2023. 18 Soldiers from units across the 85th USARSC’s 45 battalions were appointed to conduct the training and stand as their units’ Suicide Prevention Program Liaison representative, and learned how to identify risk factors, how to intervene and support Soldiers in crisis. The training taught the process for suicide ideation related Command Directed Mental Health Evaluation, Command Critical Incident Reports and Line of Duty. Additionally, the Soldiers were provided training on provided resources, and care plans.
