NEWPORT, RI – Naval War College and Salve Regina University conduct a scholarly discussion on the National Security Implications of Climate Change April 5, 2023, part of a new initiative entitled “The Forum at Newport”. This is the first "Forum" event in a new series designed to increase cooperation and scholarship between the two higher education institutions located on Aquidneck Island.
