Utilitiesman, Petty Officer 3rd Class Gerald Sancinito, and utilitiesman constructionman recruit, Brady Shaffer, both with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1, hammer nails to secure a plywood wall section to its studs at Camp Ramadi, Iraq, on Feb. 4. The Seabees are prefabricating all the necessary components for southwest Asia huts that will be assembled at a combat outpost around Ar Ramadi. NMCB 1 is part of more than 1,400 Sailors, Marines and Soldiers supporting critical construction efforts in the Al Anbar province of Iraq and is also currently deployed to several locations in the Middle East and Afghanistan providing responsive military construction support to U.S. military and coalition operations.
