The NCO Induction Ceremony reinforces the values and standards implicit to a non-commissioned officer in the US Army. Together, Soldiers of Area Support Group - Kuwait of all ranks encourage these new members of the NCO Corps and instill the important role they now have to carry out in their Army careers.
