The first National Security Cutter, the Bertholf, conducts its third contractor sea trials 45 miles off the coast of Mississippi, Monday, Feb. 11, 2008. Acceptance trials and delivery will follow later this spring. "There is still a great deal of work to do, but this is an important milestone," said Adm.
