Karen Gibson, sergeant at arms, U.S. Senate, for a Women's History Month lunch event, aligned with the current theme, Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories, at the DCNG Armory, March 17, 2023. Maj. McCandless, commanding general of the District of Columbia National Guard, and Gibson led a collaborative conversation with the guardsmen in attendance about their journeys as women in leadership.
