Adm. John C. Aquilino, Commander U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Mrs. Yamazaki, Gen. Kōji Yamazaki, Chief of Staff, Joint Staff of the Japan Self-Defense Forces, and U.S. Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel take a group photo following a ceremony where Yamazaki received the Legion of Merit.
