Kenneth Leeds, commander, 505th Quartermaster Battalion, speaks to soldiers, Department of the Army civilians and family members about core values during a safety stand down brief Oct. 25th at the Torii Station Chapel in Okinawa, Japan. The stand down comes a week after a curfew was implemented in response to an alleged sexual assault by two U.S. service members on Okinawa. The four-hour event also included refresher training on the Army's sexual harassment and sexual assault program or SHARP.
