Chennai, INDIA (Feb. 28, 2023) The Black Cats from India’s National Security Guard and Green Berets from 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) train combatives together during counterterrorism training exercise, Tarkash VI. The Black Cats are India’s elite counterterrorism unit, and Green Berets are America’s experts in unconventional warfare. These face-to-face exercises are the foundation of our military relationship and create confidence in our combined capabilities.
