Senior Airman Andrew Pierson, an Independent Duty Medical Technician assigned to the 3rd Air Expeditionary Wing, applies a blood pressure cuff while providing life-saving medical care to a simulated victim during Exercise Agile Reaper 23-1 at Tinian International Airport, Northern Mariana Islands, March 4, 2023. In order to assess how first responders react to a simulated explosion, Inspector General team members donned special effects makeup to simulate possible injuries service members may receive in the event an explosive device went of in their vicinity.
