Ben Thomas, a golfer on the Tandemloc Inc. team, watches his golf ball fly through the air after hitting it during the Carolina Classic Golf Tournament Oct. 21 at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C. The tournament is hosted by the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation every year to help raise money for children of Marines who are in low income families and children of wounded or deceased Marines to help pay for college. This year marked the 50th anniversary of the MCSF and the 14th annual golf tournament.
