U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Matthew Weber, fuel farm chief, Marine Wing Support Squadron (MWSS) 271, Marine Air Control Group (MACG) 28, monitors an expedient refueling system during a Forward Arming and Refueling Point (FARP) Officer-in-Charge training course at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, Feb. 23, 2023. The course was hosted by MWSS-273, MACG-28 and certified Marines and Airmen from across the bulk fuels specialist community to operate and establish a FARP site, a temporary site where aircraft can be refueled and armed, extending the area of operations for aircraft.
