    386th Air Expeditionary Wing

    A catheter is inserted into H032, a training K9, during a Military Working Dog emergency medical training at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Feb. 28, 2023. The 109th Medical Detachment Veterinary Services and the 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron partnered to host the training. The training provided first responders with the knowledge to increase a MWDs chances of survival if injured in the field, as they are dual purpose detection and patrol dogs.
