U.S. Navy Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jason Bowlen, officer in charge, Waterfront Operations, Headquarters Battalion, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, provides coordination instructions during a simulated fuel spill reaction drill, MCBH, Feb. 24, 2023. The drill consisted of a no-notice emergency call to respond to a notional fuel spill in Kaneohe Bay in which the priority was to contain and remove harmful toxins from the water.
