U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – Air Force World Class Athlete Program’s Airman 1st Class Tyler Evans and his modern pentathlon coach, Omar Elgeziry, engage in an epee assault during fencing training. As a modern pentathlete, Evans is currently training in four other events – pistol shooting, swimming, horse riding and running – in hopes of securing a spot on Team USA at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris.
