Neighborhood council members of the Karada District Council count votes and tally the totals on a marker board, Feb. 4, during an election for council chairman and essential services chairperson. Of the 29 district council members, 27 took part in the election. In a secret ballot, Muhammad Al-Robiey won re-election as council chairman by just one vote, and Ali Abdulzara was elected as the new essential services chairman.
