Maj. Evan Allen, a C-17 Globemaster III pilot assigned to the 517th Airlift Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, secures seatbelts after arriving at Tinian International Airport, Northern Mariana Islands, Feb. 26, 2023. Allen, along with additional C-17 aircrews and loadmasters will provide airlift support for Exercise Agile Reaper 23-1.
