Gibson, motor transport operator with the 325th Transportation Company, 334th Quartermaster Battalion, 655th Regional Support Group, obtains his sight picture with the M249 squad automatic weapon and finds a steady position prior to zeroing on the live fire range, Feb. 13, 2023, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The 1st Battalion, 314th Infantry Regiment (Falcons), oversaw the ranges during the Mobilization Exercise as a part of the 174th Infantry Brigade’s responsibility for the validation of mobilizing units. Bde., Army Support Activity Dix, and the Mobilization Support Force’s capabilities to prepare deploying forces at a Mobilization Force Generation Installation during large-scale mobilization operations.
