Col. Martin Wohlgemuth, commander, Area Support Group - Kuwait, thanks guest speaker Col. Mohammed Al-Hudaibi, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, February 23, 2023. To commemorate the 32nd anniversary of the Liberation of Kuwait and Operation Desert Storm, two guest instructors from the Mubarak Al-Abdullah Joint Command and Staff College, within the Kuwait Ministry of Defense, give a presentation and answers questions on the political, military, and guerilla resistance efforts around the 1990-91 invasion and occupation of Kuwait by Saddam Hussein's forces. Col. Wohlgemuth and Command Sgt. Maj. Leon Black, senior enlisted advisor, ASG-KU, host the guest lecturers, and afterwards all attendees enjoy cake and conversation at the Camp Arifjan MWR theater.
