Chief Master Sgt. Kenneth Bruce, Jr, 16th Air Force command chief, encourages a crowd of team Offutt members to remain humble, hungry, and hopeful during the 55th Wing Annual Award ceremony Feb. 11, in Beardmore Event Center in Bellevue, Nebraska.
