Arizona Army National Guard Sgt. Michael Stearns, a wheeled vehicle mechanic with the 3666th Support Maintenance Company, loosens the binders and chains used to hold an M977 A4 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) onto a trailer during a vehicle recovery mission, Feb. 5, 2023, at Papago Park Military Reservation (PPMR) in Phoenix. The inoperable HEMTT was transported from Pinal Air Park in Marana using a Modular Catastrophic Recovery System capable of transporting up to 35 tons.
