230207-N-UA321-1001 NORFOLK, Va. (Feb. 7, 2023) Master-at-Arms at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads run toward a building to respond to an armed barricade hostage situation at the Headquarters Annex. The exercise is part of the Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain Exercise 2023 (CS-SC 23). CS-SC 23 is a two-part, force protection exercise that is being conducted nationwide on Navy installations Feb. 6-17. The annual exercise is not in response to any specific threat, but is used to evaluate the readiness of fleet and installation security programs.
