Maj. Gen. Bob Harter, commanding general of the 81st Readiness Division, chats with ARAs Jim Cardo, Sam Brick, and Jeff Jacobs prior to giving opening remarks for the Reserve Recruiting Partnership Council (R2PC) hosted by the Columbia Recruiting Battalion at the 81st RD headquarters today.
The purpose of the R2PC event was to establish a communication pathway between personnel at the Columbia Recruiting Battalion, Army Reserve unit commanders, Army Reserve Careers Group, and others.
All unit commanders, command sergeants major, first sergeants, unit training officers and administrators within the footprint of the Columbia Recruiting Battalion were encouraged to attend.
