Members of cross-functional Contract Management Teams from DCMA Hartford visited the Navy’s Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repair in Groton, Conn., Nov. 30. The intent of the site visit, led by Army Maj. Reed Timme, DCMA Hartford Engineering Manufacturing Supervisor, was to gain more understanding on how the contract management office’s work impacts warfighters. The visit also provided an opportunity to link DCMA’s functional specialists with their counterparts on the end-user side to have an informed discussion.
