U.S. Army communicators discussed strategic storytelling with Chadian military members in N'Djamena, Chad, Jan. 23-27, 2023. Officers, sergeants and civilians from both the U.S. and the Chadian armed forces, participated in the military-to-military exchange. The event was a part of U.S. Africa Command’s ongoing military-to-military (M2M) familiarization program. M2Ms are conducted multiple times a year and designed to bring countries together to exchange best practices in a particular professional specialty.
