Hassilev currently manages the 17th District commander’s REPFAC, which can be located at the district commander’s house or other facilities to host events for Coast Guard members, dependents, and stakeholders.

    Hassilev manages all aspects of REPFAC contract work, facilities maintenance, winterization, and the upkeep of the quarters.
