    James Edward Preston Randall, circa 1952, in an F-51 Mustang fighter aircraft in South Korea during the Korean War, was a Tuskegee Airman. He went on to become part of the "Shaw 14" in a lawsuit to desegregate public schools in the local district outside of Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina.
