437th Airlift Wing maintenance personnel and aircrew provide safety overwatch as a C-17 Globemaster III performs its engine startup procedures, preparing to join 23 other C-17s in a mass force generation exercise at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, Jan. 5, 2023.
