EL CENTRO, Calif. (Dec. 7, 2022) Sailors, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training and Evaluation Unit (EODTEU) 1, standby for the go command to jump over El Centro from a C-2A Greyhound, assigned to the “Providers” of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VRC) 30, as part of a military free-fall exercise. EODTEU-1 develops and provides realistic training to EOD, and mobile diving and salvage forces to prepare them for future operations in support of national objectives.
