Maj. Gen. Rodney Faulk, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division, took part in several events Nov. 11 throughout Manhattan to commemorate Veterans Day. The day’s events included an appearance on FOX & Friends, followed by ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange, then a wreath-laying ceremony to kick off the 103rd New York City Veterans Day Parade. Marching in the parade were Soldiers from the division’s 78th, 198th and 380th Army Bands, as well as a contingent of service members representing Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, where the 99th is headquartered.
