Airmen assigned to the 4th Fighter Wing rescue simulated victims during a Multi-Capable Airmen training at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, Dec. 6, 2022. During the exercise, Airmen used the skills they learned throughout the 10-day MCA training to set up a simulated forward operating base, build a command center, post security at designated defensive fighting positions, defend against a simulated attack and care for simulated casualties during the attack.
