U.S. Air Force HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopters assigned to the 46th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron fly in formation while performing simulated combat search and rescue during a personnel recovery agile combat employment exercise within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, Dec. 3, 2022. The ACE exercise enabled pilots, loadmasters, special warfare airmen, and special mission aviators to increase their combat search and rescue proficiency by working as a rescue triad consisting of HH-60s, HC-130s, and Pararescue forces in unison to rescue isolated personnel in a hostile environment.
