U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 3rd Squadron, 89th Cavalry Regiment, Headquarters Headquarters Troop, 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, investigate a man who they think is selling propane illegally from his horse cart, an expensive upgrade from a donkey cart, during a patrol of Palestine market in Rustafa, Baghdad, Iraq, Jan. 24, 2008. The black-market price of propane is nearly three times that of legal propane dealers. During the patrol, U.S. Soldiers surveyed shop owners about the safety and security of the market area.
