SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (Dec. 2, 2022) Naval Air Crewman 3rd Class Britten West, assigned to the "Chargers" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26, looks out over Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic during a humanitarian aid and disaster relief training exercise as part of Continuing Promise. Continuing Promise 2022 is a humanitarian assistance and goodwill mission conducting direct medical care, expeditionary veterinary care, and subject matter expert exchanges with five partner nations in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
