Michael Gilday reenlisted six Sailors assigned to Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), during a visit to Point Mugu, Dec 2. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
