Scott Stout, aircraft recovery and firefighting specialist, Marine Wing Support Squadron (MWSS) 273, Marine Air Control Group (MACG) 28, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), and Cpl. Jesusoscar Santini, aircraft recovery and firefighting specialist, MWSS-273, MACG-28, 2nd MAW, clear the area of foliage, allowing Marines to salvage parts of a simulated down aircraft during an aircraft recovery training at the Guardian Center, Georgia, Nov. 8, 2022. While at the Guardian Center, Marines with MWSS-273 trained with base recovery after attack and aircraft recovery scenarios, enabling them to help maintain 2nd MAW’s combat readiness.
