Maj. Gen. Mark Schindler, Pennsylvania’s adjutant general, welcomes Lt. Gen. Valdemaras Rupšys, Lithuania's Chief of Defense, and Ambassador Dennis B. Hankins, foreign policy advisor to chief, National Guard Bureau, and their teams to Fort Indiantown Gap Nov. 30, 2022, to discuss the future of the State Partnership Program.
