U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Adam Gharati, the Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni command sergeant major, reads an award citation during the November Impact Iwakuni award ceremony at MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, Nov. 29, 2022.
