221115-N-VI040-1191 NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI, Japan (Nov. 15, 2022) Master-at- Arms 2nd Class Jesse Brooks, from San Diego, places hand-cuffs on a simulated intruder trespassing on Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi during Exercise Keen Sword 2023. Keen Sword is a biennial, joint and bilateral field-training exercise involving U.S. military and Japan Self-Defense Force personnel, designed to increase readiness and interoperability while strengthening the ironclad Japan-U.S. alliance.
