Commander Amy Hildreth, an emergency physician with Emergency Resuscitative Surgical System 29, help a simulated hostage as part of Operation Firebreak at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Nov. 15, 2022. Operation Firebreak is an exercise held by the Navy Expeditionary Medical Training Institute to provide realistic field medical training for Marines and sailors.
