U.S. Marines with Weapons Company, 2nd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, carry simulated casualties during Operation Firebreak at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Nov. 15, 2022. Operation Firebreak is an exercise held by the Navy Expeditionary Medical Training Institute to provide realistic field medical training for Marines and sailors.
