Maj. Gen. John C. Harris Jr. (left), Ohio adjutant general, meets with a delegation of faculty and students from the University of Belgrade Nov. 9, 2022, at the Maj. Gen. Robert S. Beightler Armory in Columbus, Ohio. The group traveled to Ohio to observe the 2022 U.S. midterm elections and the visit was a continuation of an educational partnership between The Ohio State University and the University of Belgrade in Serbia. Ohio and Serbia have conducted various military-to-military and civilian-to-civilian exchanges since being paired in 2006 through the State Partnership Program.
