A U.S. Marine with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 265 prepares an MV-22B Osprey for takeoff during exercise Keen Sword 23 at Kumamoto airport, Kumamoto, Japan, Nov. 13, 2022. Keen Sword exercises the combined capabilities and lethality developed between the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and the Japan Self Defense Force (JSDF).
