U.S. Army Central celebrated its 104th Birthday during a ceremony at Shaw Air Force Base November 7. Throughout the ceremony, attendees witnessed a “streamer ceremony” in which leaders spoke about the history of each of the twelve campaign streamers awarded to the unit throughout its history. Soldiers of various ranks pinned each streamer to the unit colors while the audience toasted the Soldiers who served in each historical period. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. 1st Class Michael Behlin)
