The 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron along with U.S. Army Soldiers and U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center and care for a patient in the intensive care unit during a mass casualty exercise at LRMC, Germany, Nov. 2, 2022. A key component during the exercise was testing the responsiveness of LRMC’s emergency management plan to respond to a mass casualty situation, including their ability for bed expansion to accept many patients at the same time.
