    The Youngblood family – (Top) Chiquita, (Bottom left to right) Russell E. (4), Russell, Noah, and Amaya (9). The 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives Command’s Master Sgt. Chiquita Youngblood unexpectedly gave birth to Noah in their Aberdeen Proving Ground residence on September 21, 2022. APG first responders assisted in the delivery and were recognized for their actions during a ceremony at the APG North fire station November 1. Both mom and baby are doing well
