(Oct. 12, 2022) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Institute for Water Resources takes part in discussion on Africa’s water challenges with six Malagasy ministries and government agencies on the development of sustainable, practical steps Madagascar can take to improve its water security in a two-day workshop in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
